การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อ ความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม และตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรมกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการและผู้สนใจในโครงการแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม จำนวน 340 ตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับสถิติ ที่ใช้ในการทดสอบสมมติฐานผู้วิจัยใช้ดัชนีชี้วัดความกลมกลืน 5 ดัชนี ประกอบด้วย ค่าไคสแควร์ ค่า GFI ค่า RMSEA ค่า NNFI และค่า CFI ผลการวิจัย พบว่า จากผลการศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม ปรากฏว่า ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารโครงการ ประกอบด้วย เข้าใจวัตถุประสงค์ ขบวนการและขั้นตอน และขอบเขตของงาน โดยมีค่าที่ปัจจัยด้านการบริหารโครงการส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม เท่ากับ 0.47 และปัจจัยด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารประกอบด้วย เทคโนโลยี การรับรู้ข่าวสารและการส่งข้อมูลข่าวสาร ซึ่งค่าปัจจัยด้านการติดต่อสื่อสารที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม มีค่าเท่ากับ 0.23 และปัจจัยสุดท้ายที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรม คือ ด้านการควบคุมภายในประกอบด้วย การบริหารบุคคล การพัฒนาบุคคล และระบบการควบคุมมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.20 สำหรับผลการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างโมเดลความสัมพันธ์เชิงสาเหตุของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความสำเร็จในโครงการทุนพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจนวัตกรรมกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์มี ความสอดคล้องกัน โดยพิจารณาจากค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-Square) มีค่าเท่ากับ 48.77 ที่องศาอิสระ (Degree of Freedom) เท่ากับ 43 ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ (P-Value) เท่ากับ 0.25 ค่าดัชนีรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของความคาดเคลื่อนจากการประมาณค่า (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation: RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.02 ค่าไค-สแควร์ (Chi-Square) ต่อองศาอิสระ (Chi-Square/df) มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.13 This research aimed to studied causal Factors that affected success of the Innovation Business Plan Grant Program and examine concordance between structures Model of success of the Innovation Business Plan Grant Program and empirical data. Samples of this research were 340 those who participated and those who are interested in Innovation Business Plan Grant Program. The tools used in this research were the questionnaire about causal Factors that affected to success of the Innovation Business Plan Grant Program. The statistics were frequency, Percentage, mean and standard deviation. For the reference statistic used in hypothesis testing was 5 Indicators harmony index. Including, Chi - square, RMSEA values NNFI the GFI and the CFI to test model fiting. The study causal Factors that affected to success of the Innovation Business Plan Grant Program showed that the factors of the Project Management include understand the purpose Processes and procedures and the scope of work = 0.47. And the factors of the communications include technology, perception of information, and transmission of information. Factors of the communications that affect to success of the project loyalty = 0.23. And the last factor is factors internal controls include resource management, personal development, and control system. Factors of internal control that affect to success of the project loyalty = 0.20. For model fit testing between structures Model, success of the Innovation Business Plan Grant Program and empirical data found that, Chi – square = 87.43, Degree of Freedom = 80, P-Value = 0.27, RMSEA = 0.017 and Chi-Square df = 1.092
