A COMPARISON OF ACHIEVEMENT IN MATHEMATICS ON SET AND THEIR SATISFACTION BETWEEN USING INSTRUCTIONAL PACKAGES VIA GROUP PROCESS AND CONVENTIONAL APPROACH FOR MATTAYOMSUKSA 4 STUDENTS AT WATHUAICHORAKHE WITTHAYAKHOM SCHOOL, NAKHON PATHOM PROVINCE

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to compare the achievement in Mathematics on Set with instructional packages via group process and conventional approach for Mattayomsuksa 4 students at Wathuaichorakhe Witthayakhom School, Nakhon Pathom Province and their satisfaction. Sample was selected through sample random sampling which has two groups; 31 students for control group and 30 students for experimental group. The research instruments were the packages in Set, mathematics achievement test and mathematics learning satisfaction test. We found that the students learning by using instructional package via group process have mathematics achievement higher than 70 percents of criterion at .05 statistical significant levels. The students learning by using conventional approach have mathematics achievement lower than 70 percents of criterion at .05 statistical significant levels. We found that the students using instructional package via group process learning have mathematics achievement higher than the conventional approach learning at .05 statistical significant levels. Finally, the students learning by using instructional packages via group process have satisfaction in Mathematics higher than conventional approach at .05 statistical significant levels.

งานวิจัยนี้ มีจุดประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องเซต ที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนโดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มกับการสอนแบบปกติของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดห้วยจรเข้วิทยาคม จังหวัดนครปฐม และศึกษาความพีงพอใจของนักเรียน โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดห้วยจรเข้วิทยาคม จังหวัดนครปฐม ปีการศึกษา 2559 ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มอย่างง่าย แล้วแบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มควบคุม จำนวน 31 คน และกลุ่มทดลอง จำนวน 30 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เรื่องเซต, ชุดการสอน, แบบทดสอบวัดผลการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนวัดห้วยจรเข้วิทยาคม จังหวัดนครปฐมมีผลการเรียนรู้วิชาคณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องเซต ที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนโดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยการสอนแบบปกติไม่ผ่านเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยการทดสอบด้วยสถิติยืนยันผลว่านักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุด การสอนโดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงกว่านักเรียนที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่านักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อวิชาคณิตศาสตร์เรื่องเซตที่เรียนด้วยชุดการสอนโดยใช้กระบวนการกลุ่มสูงกว่าการสอนแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
