Sampling size using on the formula of Taro Yamanae, 52 people. Is a data analysis questionnaire. The researcher analyzes data and processing for social research. ผลการวิจัยสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างอาสาสมัครกู้ภัยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชายช่วงอายุ 21-30 ปี ระดับการศึกษา ม. 6 / ปวช. สถานภาพโสด มีอาชีพเป็นพนักงานบริษัทเอกชน เคยมีประสบการณ์การฝึกอบรมและเป็นอาสาสมัครกู้ภัยมา 4-6 ปี โดยใช้เวลาช่วงหลังเลิกงานตอนเย็น และวันเสาร์ อาทิตย์ ในการมาเป็นอาสาสมัครกู้ภัย ด้านปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเนื่องมาจากอุปกรณ์ช่วยเหลือไม่เพียงพอ ด้านความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับหลักฐานทางนิติเวชและนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ อาสาสมัครกู้ภัยไม่ได้รับทราบรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับบทบาทหน้าที่ในการปฏิบัติงานที่ชัดเจน ทราบเพียงต้องช่วยชีวิตหรือปฐมพยาบาลให้เร็วที่สุดแต่บางครั้งการช่วยเหลือก็ทำลายหลักฐานทางนิติวิทยาศาสตร์ไป ทำให้เป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า โดยรวมการรับรู้เข้าใจบทบาทอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาแยกเป็นปัญหาและอุปสรรคของอาสาสมัครกู้ภัยสว่างประทีป ศรีราชา จังหวัดชลบุรี ด้านการปฏิบัติงานช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัย พบว่าอาสาสมัครกู้ภัยมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับวัตถุพยานและแนวทางการปฏิบัติงานต่อผู้ประสบเหตุในทางนิติเวชและด้านนิติวิทยาศาสตร์อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง คือเป็นส่วนที่เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจต้องเก็บไว้เป็นหลักฐานให้มากที่สุด แต่บางครั้งการช่วยชีวิตให้รวดเร็วที่สุดอาจทำให้วัตถุพยานนั้นๆ ถูกทำลายไปบ้าง
