ADMINISTRATOR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND TEACHER TEAMWORKIN SCHOOL UNDER NAKHONPATHOM PRIMARY EDUCATIONALSERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) administrator emotional intelligence under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) teacher teamwork in school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and 3) the relationship between administrator emotional intelligence and teacher teamwork in school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample were 97 schools under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The 2 respondents in each school were; a school administrator or an acting school administrator and a teacher. There were 194 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire about administrator emotional intelligence based on Cooper and Sawaf’s concept, and teamwork based on Yukl’s concept. The statistical analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient.

The research found that:

1) Administrator emotional intelligence under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole were at a highest level and each aspect were ranking from the highest to the lowest mean: emotional depth, emotional fitness, emotional alchemy and emotional literacy.

2) Teacher teamwork in school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole were at a highest level and each aspect were ranking from the highest to the lowest mean: collective efficacy and potency, mutual trust cohesiveness and cooperation, internal organization and coordination, resources and political support, accurate shared mental models, commitment to task objectives and strategies, external coordination, member diversity and member skills and role clarity.

3) The relationship between administrator emotional intelligence and teacher teamwork in school under Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found at .01 level of statistical significance.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 2) การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 และ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ สถานศึกษาในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 จำนวน 97 โรง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสถานศึกษาละ 2 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาหรือผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่แทน และครูผู้สอน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 194 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารตามแนวความคิดของคูเปอร์ และซาวาฟ (Cooper and Sawaf) และการทำงานเป็นทีมตามแนวความคิดของยุคล์ (Yukl) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับตามมัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ความลึกซึ้งทางอารมณ์ ความเหมาะสมทางอารมณ์ ความเป็นไปได้ทางอารมณ์ และความรู้รอบทางอารมณ์

2) การทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด เรียงลำดับตามมัชฌิมเลขคณิตจากมากไปน้อย ดังนี้ ประสิทธิภาพและศักยภาพขององค์กร ความไว้วางใจ ความสามัคคี และความร่วมมือ การจัดองค์กรและการประสานงานภายในองค์กร ทรัพยากรและการสนับสนุน รูปแบบความคิดที่ถูกต้องร่วมกัน ความมุ่งมั่นทุ่มเทต่อเป้าหมายและกลยุทธ์ของภาระงาน การประสานงานภายนอกองค์กร ความหลากหลายของสมาชิก และทักษะของสมาชิกและความชัดเจนของบทบาทหน้าที่

3) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของผู้บริหารกับการทำงานเป็นทีมของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครปฐม เขต 2 มีความสัมพันธ์กันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ซึ่งเป็นความสัมพันธ์แบบคล้อยตามกัน
