การศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับโครงการลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง และความเป็นไปของโครงการลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม และนำเสนอรายงานทางการเงินและอัตราส่วน เพื่อนำไปสู่การตัดสินใจลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม ตลอดจนวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวของโครงการลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม โดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง และวิศวกรที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 7 ราย และผู้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง จำนวน 10 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ โดยผู้วิจัยนำข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์มาจัดทำสมมติฐานรายได้ และสมมติฐานรายจ่าย เพื่อจัดทำรายงานทางการเงิน ได้แก่ งบกำไรขาดทุน งบแสดงฐานะทางการเงิน งบกระแสเงินสดและอัตราส่วนทางการเงิน ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาคืนทุน (Payback Period : PB) มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ (Net Present Value : NPV) และอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในโครงการ (Internal Rate of Returns : IRR) เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจลงทุนในธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง อำเภอกำแพงแสน จังหวัดนครปฐม ผลการวิจัย พบว่าระยะเวลาคืนทุนเฉลี่ยในการประกอบธุรกิจเท่ากับ 3 ปี 2 เดือน 12 วัน โครงสร้างการลงทุนเริ่มแรก 41,000,000 บาท ต้นทุนขายในปีที่ 1 เท่ากับ 50,262,600 บาท ยอดขายในปีที่ 1 อยู่ที่ 71,278,976 บาท และอัตราผลตอบแทนคิดลดที่จะทำให้มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิเท่ากับ 0 คือ 38.19% มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ เท่ากับ 161,180,844.32 บาท ผลที่ได้จากการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน งานวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเป็นไปได้ในการลงทุนธุรกิจผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรง โดยมีความน่าสนใจในการลงทุน มีผลตอบแทนสูง และมีระยะเวลาคืนทุนที่น่าพอใจ และผลการวิเคราะห์ความอ่อนไหวพบว่า กรณีที่ 1 ต้นทุนเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่รายได้คงที่ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3 ปี 8 เดือน 7 วัน และมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ เท่ากับ 134,982,298.41 บาท กรณีที่ 2 รายได้ลดลงร้อยละ 5 ในขณะที่ต้นทุนคงที่ มีระยะเวลาคืนทุนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3 ปี 10 เดือน 27 วัน และมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ เท่ากับ 124,783,960.94 บาท This research aimed to study general information about investment projects and studies the possibility of investing in prestressed concrete product business and presented the financial statements and ratios. To lead the decision to invest in prestressed concrete product business. As well as the sensitivity analysis of investment projects in prestressed concrete product business. Using information data from in – depth interview with 7 entrepreneurs and engineers of prestressed concrete product business and 10 buyers prestressed concrete products by using hypothesis in expense report in order to do financial ratio such as Profit – Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Statement of Cash Flow and financial ratio such as Payback Period (PB), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Returns (IRR). For the decision to invest in prestressed concrete product business, Kamphaeng Saen district, Nakhon Pathom Province. The result of the study showed that the payback period was 3 years 2 months 12 days , the initial investment costs was 41,000,000 Baht, the sale costs in the first year was 50,262,600 Baht, sales volume in the first year was 71,278,976 Baht, IRR = 38.19% and NPV = 161,180,844.32 Baht. The results of the financial analysis demonstrated the feasibility of investing in prestressed concrete product business was interesting on investments and high yield the payback period is desirable. And the results of sensitivity analysis showed that case one is costs increased 5 percent, while fixed income which has PB = 3 years, 8 months and 7 days and NPV = 134,982,298.41 Baht. And case two is revenue fell 5 percent, while fixed costs which has PB = 3 years, 10 months and 27 days and NPV = 124,783,960.94 Baht
