Witness Object of Negligance

Abstract

This thesis “Witness object of negligence” is based on the concept of symbolic contents, the conceptual which is the memory and sensation of human beings, most of people always keep good and beautiful memories as happiness inside their mind. But implicit in this communication material, meaning the abstraction that replies physical “material witness” left from car accident (car wreck) in the context of the paradoxical to amorphous of losing that caused by “negligence”, lack of consciousness, careless, not focusing on awareness. These matters took themselves to depictions of emotional and psychological events repeatedly and evoking traumatic trauma, to think of the bad things that experienced me and family in different timeline, could be warning, reminding, and leading to thought myself with awareness. Therefore, the “memory” that arises from “negligence” is inspired creativity on “Art Objects”, represented the consciousness of the mind, feeling mental shock, which relies on the interpretation of evidence by judgment and feeling. It is intended to create the appearance of accidental damage to the object-oriented evidence of negligence in the context of contemporary art. In other words, the object is to raise awareness of the encounter with death because of negligence.

How to create the imagination of “witness object”, is the conveyance of the tangible memory, which is the achievement of Graphic Arts through Stencil Printing Processes or Silkscreen in the formation of art physical in the context of symbol represented the abstract meaning of Buddhist philosophy “awaken”, that impacted with the recipients via arts form – the art object form of the witness object that left from the scene of car accident in different contexts. It is like the language of senses or language of mind that persuades to realize the cause of suffering (loss) or death caused of carelessness or lack of consciousness “… To be aware of consciousness is very challenging and very important issues of life and death…”

Hence, wisdom and mindfulness are determined the impact of actions affecting oneself and others in order to be aware of the present moment which reminds me to “mindfulness” and realizes “accident” that is caused from “negligence”, with the intent of charity, sharing with fellow human being, to focus on lifestyle, as the wisdom and consciousness.

วิทยานิพนธ์หัวข้อ “วัตถุพยานแห่งความประมาท” เป็นการสร้างภาพแทนเชิงสัญลักษณ์ของเนื้อหาแนวความคิดซึ่งเป็นภาพจำของสมอง (ความคิด) และความรู้สึก (จิตใจ) “ความทรงจำ” อันมีนัยเป็นข้อมูลเชิงสัญชาตญาณการรับรู้ของมนุษย์ที่หลาย ๆ คนมักจะเลือกเก็บภาพแห่งรอยประทับนี้ไว้เพียงเฉพาะแต่ในสิ่งที่ดีและงดงามหรือเป็นความดีงามที่ให้ความสุขต่อจิตใจเท่านั้น แต่ทว่าโดยนัยนี้เป็นการสื่อสาระความหมายทางนามธรรมที่อาศัยกายภาพของ “วัตถุพยาน” จากอุบัติเหตุยานพาหนะ (ซากรถยนต์) ในบริบทแห่งความย้อนแย้งไปจากสัณฐานเดิมหรือที่สะท้อนนัยเห็นถึงความสูญเสียและนำมาซึ่งความเศร้าสลดด้วยสาเหตุจาก “ความประมาท” ที่ขาดสติอันเป็นความเผอเรอที่ไม่จดจ่ออย่างแน่วแน่รู้ตัว เป็นการไม่ตั้งอยู่ในความตื่นหรือไม่เตรียมพร้อม ซึ่งเป็นเหมือนความหลับใหลที่ไม่รู้เท่าทันในปัจจุบันขณะ ประเด็นสาระเหล่านี้ได้โน้มไปสู่ภาพเหตุการณ์ที่อุบัติวนเวียนจนกลายเป็นภาพของความรู้สึกสะเทือนอารมณ์และจิตใจปรากฏให้เห็นซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่าและได้สะกิดหรือกระตุ้นเร้าความสะเทือนใจอันเป็นบาดแผลหรือรอยตำหนิในจิตใจ ให้หวนคิดในสิ่งเลวร้ายที่เคยประจักษ์กับตนเองและเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่บุคคลในครอบครัวซึ่งได้เคยประสบมาในช่วงเวลาต่าง ๆ อันเป็นสิ่งย้ำเตือนโน้มไปสู่ความฉุกคิด ความตระหนักและกลายเป็นอนุสติให้กับตนเองในที่สุดด้วย ดังนั้น ภาพ “ความทรงจำ” ที่เกิดขึ้นจาก “ความประมาท” จึงเป็นข้อมูลแรงบันดาลใจนำมาสู่การสร้างสรรค์ “วัตถุทางศิลปะ” หรือรูปแทนของสำนึกแห่งห้วงความคิดความรู้สึกที่สะเทือนจิตใจซึ่งอาศัยการตีความวัตถุพยานด้วยวิจารณญาณและความรู้สึก เป็นเจตนาที่จะสร้างรูปลักษณ์ของสภาพความเสียหายจากอุบัติเหตุ อันเป็นวัตถุเชิงประจักษ์พยานของความประมาทในบริบทศิลปะร่วมสมัย หรือในอีกนัยหนึ่งเป็นวัตถุที่กระตุ้นการรับรู้ถึงการเผชิญหน้ากับความตายด้วยเพราะจากความประมาท

การสร้างจินตภาพแห่งวัตถุพยานโดยนัยนี้เป็นการถ่ายทอดรูปธรรมของความทรงจำซึ่งให้สัมฤทธิผลของการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานศิลปะภาพพิมพ์ด้วยกระบวนการพิมพ์ภาพพิมพ์ลายฉลุ (Stencil Printing Processes) หรือเทคนิคภาพพิมพ์แม่พิมพ์ตะแกรงไหม (Silkscreen) ในการก่อรูปเกิดเป็นกายภาพของผลงานในบริบทภาพแทนเชิงสัญลักษณ์ของเนื้อหาซึ่งให้ความหมายทางนามธรรมแห่งพุทธปรัชญา “ความตื่น” ที่เชื่อมโยงให้ผู้ชมหรือผู้รับสารสาระนามธรรมผ่านรูปแบบของผลงานอันเป็นวัตถุทางศิลปะเชิงสภาพแห่งรูปลักษณ์ความจริงของวัตถุพยาน ซึ่งเป็นวัตถุเชิงประจักษ์(พยาน)ในสถานที่เกิดเหตุ (เศษซากรถยนต์จากอุบัติเหตุ) ในบริบทต่าง ๆ อันเป็นเสมือนภาษาแห่งความรู้สึกหรือภาษาของจิตใจที่โน้มน้าวให้ได้ฉุกคิดและตระหนักถึงสาเหตุแห่งความทุกข์และความสูญเสีย หรือความตายด้วยเพราะความประมาทที่ขาดสติเพราะ “...การดำรงสติให้ได้นั้นเป็นความท้าทายอย่างยิ่งและเป็นปัญหาสำคัญขนาดความเป็นความตายเลยทีเดียว...” โดยนัยนี้จึงต้องอาศัยใช้ปัญญาและมีสติในการสำรวจพิจารณาเห็นผลกระทบซึ่งการกระทำนั้น ๆ ทั้งต่อตนเองและผู้อื่นได้พึงตระหนักถึงการรู้เท่าทันในปัจจุบันขณะ อันเป็นอนุสติย้ำเตือนการให้ “สติ” และหวนนึกถึง “อุบัติเหตุ” จากความ “ประมาท” ด้วยจิตเจตนาแห่งกุศลกรรมแบ่งปันไปยังเพื่อนมนุษย์ในสังคมให้ตั้งมั่นบนวิถีการดำเนินชีวิตอย่างผู้ไม่ประมาทด้วยสติและด้วยปัญญาต่อไป
