School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to identify the factor of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox and 2) to verify the factor of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The research populations consisted of 57 schools under the Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The sample size was determined and based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The sample obtained from stratified random sampling consisted of 52 schools in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox. The 260 respondents included School directors, Deputy director, Head of Learning, Committee of basic educational school and Parent. There were only 240 respondents sending back the questionnaires(92.30% of the sample). The research instruments were the semi-structured interview, the opinionnaire, and the questionnaire of verify the research findings. The statistics used to analyze the data analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and Exploratory Factor Analysis and content analysis.

The findings of this research were as follows:

1. The factor of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox were five factors namely: 1) school bus safety management, 2) Management of schools, 3) Policy administration, promotion and support for school buses, 4) Management of the school bus network and 5) Standard administration of driving school providers.

2. The experts confirmed factors of School Bus Management in Kanchanaburi Education Sandbox were verified to meet with accuracy standards, propriety standards, feasibility standards and utility standards.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการรถโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการรถโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี ประชากรสำหรับการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 57 โรงเรียน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างของการวิจัย คือ โรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี จำนวน 52 โรงเรียน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางประมาณการขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างของเครจซีและมอร์แกน ใช้วิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งประเภท ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มบริหารงานทั่วไป จำนวน 1 คน หัวหน้างานผู้รับผิดชอบงานรถโรงเรียน จำนวน 1 คน กรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 1 คน และผู้ปกครอง จำนวน 1 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 260 คน และได้รับแบบสอบถามฉบับสมบูรณ์กลับคืนมา จำนวน 240 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 92.30 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และแบบสอบถามเพื่อยืนยันองค์ประกอบ สถิติวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. การบริหารจัดการรถโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีองค์ประกอบทั้งหมด 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การบริหารระบบความปลอดภัยของรถโรงเรียน 2) การบริหารจัดการของโรงเรียนหรือสถานศึกษา 3) การบริหารนโยบาย ส่งเสริม และสนับสนุนรถโรงเรียน 4) การบริหารภาคีเครือข่ายของรถโรงเรียน และ 5) การบริหารมาตรฐานของผู้ให้บริการการขับรถโรงเรียน ทุกองค์ประกอบสามารถอธิบายร่วมกันได้ร้อยละ 54.556

2. ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการรถโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่นวัตกรรมการศึกษาจังหวัดกาญจนบุรี โดยภาพรวมมีความถูกต้อง เหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ และเป็นประโยชน์
