It's a mixed research. using quantitative research methods and qualitative research The sample group and key informants used in the research were: 1) School administrators, 15 people 2) 100 teachers in Social studies, religion and culture department 3) 382 high school students who gave key information in the interview were 4 people. The tools used to collect data were: structured questionnaires and interviews Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. content analysis The results showed that

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอนที่มีต่อการใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสม ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ และการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างและผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 15 คน 2) ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม จำนวน 100 คน 3) นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 382 คน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญในการสัมภาษณ์ จำนวน 4 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. สภาพปัจจุบันของการใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา พบว่า 1) ตามความคิดเห็นของของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (3.40) 2) ความคิดเห็นของครู อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (4.19) และ 3) ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา อยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง (5.00)

2. การเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของการใช้นวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรม เมื่อจำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร 1) ด้านการบริหาร โรงเรียนขนาดกลางแตกต่างกับขนาดใหญ่ 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่แตกต่างกับขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ 3) ด้านการบริการ โรงเรียนขนาดกลางมีความคิดเห็นที่แตกต่างกับใหญ่พิเศษ และความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอน 1) ด้านการบริหาร โรงเรียนขนาดกลาง,ขนาดใหญ่และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ แตกต่างกัน 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน โรงเรียนขนาดกลาง,ขนาดใหญ่และขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3) ด้านการบริการ โรงเรียนขนาดกลางกับขนาดใหญ่ที่แตกต่างกับขนาดใหญ่พิเศษ

3.แนวทางการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมเพื่อสร้างเป็นแนวทางการพัฒนาการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการเรียนรู้ในกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้สังคมศึกษาศาสนาและวัฒนธรรมใน 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการบริหาร 2) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านการบริการ
