การฝึกอบรมผู้ปกครองเพื่อฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติก

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความรู้และความสามารถของผู้ปกครองเพื่อฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติกก่อนและหลังการฝึกอบรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กออทิสติก ศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ เขตการศึกษา 1 จังหวัดนครปฐม ที่ยังไม่เคยได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้าโครงการปรับบ้านเป็นห้องเรียนเปลี่ยนพ่อแม่เป็นครูมาก่อน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ 1) ชุดฝึกอบรมผู้ปกครองเพื่อฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติก 2) คู่มือสำหรับผู้ปกครอง การใช้กลวิธีการเรียนรู้ผ่านการมอง (Visual Strategies) เพื่อฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็ก ออทิสติก 3) แบบทดสอบความรู้สำหรับผู้ปกครองเด็กออทิสติก 4) แบบประเมินความสามารถสำหรับผู้ปกครองเด็กออทิสติก ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนการประเมินความรู้ของผู้ปกครองในการฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติกหลังการฝึกอบรม (X = 18.00 , S.D = 1.55) สูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกอบรม ( X = 8.33, S.D = 1.21) คะแนนการประเมินความสามารถของผู้ปกครองในการฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติกหลังการทดลอง มีความสามารถอยู่ในระดับดี ( X = 14.91, S.D. = 1.10) เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ความสามารถของผู้ปกครองในการฝึกทักษะการดูแลช่วยเหลือตนเองในการปฏิบัติกิจวัตรประจำวันเด็กออทิสติกอยู่ในระดับดีมาก คือ ด้านที่ 2 การแต่งกาย ( X = 16.54, S.D. = 1.20) ในขณะที่อีก 3 ด้านอยู่ในระดับดี คือ ด้านที่ 3 การทำความสะอาดร่างกาย ( X = 14.52, S.D. = 1.17), ด้านที่ 1 การรับประทานอาหาร ( X = 14.43, S.D. = 1.33) และด้านที่ 4 การขับถ่าย ( X = 14.14, S.D. = 1.25) ตามลำดับ The purpose of this research was to compare the pre training and post training of parent’s knowledge and ability for training autistic children to perform their own self-care skill in daily routine activities. The sample in this study consisted of 30 parents of autistic children living in Regional Special Education Center 1, Nakhon Pathom Province, who has not been chosen to join the Change Their Home to be Classroom, Train Parents to become Teachers Project. The samples were chosen by a purposive sampling method. The equipments were 1) the training package for parents for training autistic children to perform their own self-care skill in daily routine activities 2) the guidebook for parents to use Visual Strategies for training autistic children to perform their own self-care skill in daily routine activities 3) the test for parents of autistic children 4) the performance assessment for parents of autistic children. The data was analysed by mean (X) and standard deviation (S.D). The results found that; The evaluation scores of parents’ knowledge for training autistic children to perform their own self-care skill in daily routine activities in the post training was higher than in the pre training, X = 18.00, S.D = 1.55 and X = 8.33, S.D = 1.21 respectively. The parents’ performance assessment scores in self-care skills for autistic children’s daily routine activities was at a good level ( X = 14.91, S.D. = 1.10). However, when consider in each part, the findings showed that; the parents’ ability in training the autistic children’s self-care skill in daily routine activities in part 2: dressing, was at a very good level ( X = 16.54, S.D. = 1.20). Whereas other 3 parts were in a good level; part 3: bathing ( X = 14.52, S.D. = 1.17), part 1: dining ( X = 14.43, S.D. = 1.33), and part 4: toilet hygiene ( X = 14.14, S.D. = 1.25) respectively.
