EFFECTS OF LEARNING MANAGEMENT USING HISTORICAL METHOD ON HISTORICAL CAUSES AND CONSEQUENCES ANALYSIS ABILITIES OF ELEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to: 1) compare learning achievements on important events affecting world change. 2) measure the abilities to analyze the causes and consequences of history of eleventh grade students after learning using the historical method. and 3) study the opinions of eleventh grade students toward learning management by using the historical method. The sample group in this research was eleventh grade students of Bodindecha (Sing Singhaseni) 4 School who are studying in the second semester of the academic year 2022 obtained by drawing lots using the classroom as a random unit. The research tools consisted of 1) a learning management plan using historical methods, 2) a learning achievement form on important historical events affecting the current world, 3) The abilities for historical causes and consequences analysis test. and 4) a questionnaire on students' opinions towards learning management using historical methods. The statistics used in the research were mean (x̄), standard deviation (S.D.). and non-independent t-tests.

The research results are as follows:

1. The achievements of the eleventh grade students who were taught by using the historical method after learning were higher than before at the statistical significance level of .05.

2. The abilities for historical causes and consequences analysis of eleventh grade students after learning management by using historical methods. The quality level is excellence.

3. The opinions of eleventh grade students towards learning management by using historical methods were found that, in general, the average was at the highest level.

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องเหตุการณ์สำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ก่อนและหลังเรียนโดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยวิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ 2) ศึกษาความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและผลสืบเนื่องทางประวัติศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โดยใช้การจัดการเรียนรู้โดยวิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์และ 3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5/2 โรงเรียนบดินทรเดชา (สิงห์ สิงหเสนี) ๔ ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2565 ได้มาโดยวิธีการจับฉลากโดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องเหตุการณ์สำคัญทางประวัติศาสตร์ที่มีผลต่อโลกปัจจุบัน 3) แบบวัดความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและผลสืบเนื่องและ 4) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการทดสอบค่าทีแบบไม่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน

ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1) ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเรื่องเหตุการณ์สำคัญที่ส่งผลต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลกของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

2) ความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและผลสืบเนื่องทางประวัติศาสตร์ของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับดีมาก

3) ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนรู้โดยใช้วิธีการทางประวัติศาสตร์มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
