Missing Cultural Heritage

Abstract

The purpose of this art thesis titled “Missing Cultural Heritage ” was to develop contemporary painting by the creator himself. The creator has examined the contents, paying particular attention to the parts that deal with the nostalgia associated with losing a grandma. Instead of using a paintbrush, the artist employed his grandmother's old shoes to paint in a distinctive style. Using an old pair of shoes to depict the emotional expression toward the picture, this created the impression and feelings of a grandmother working with her grandson to create an image of grandma's weaving equipment that had started to decay over time.

Drawing from his early memories of bonding with his grandmother, the creator evoked nostalgia for their time spent together, especially when he saw the same old locations or tools that grandmother had used. Nonetheless, the creator came to the realization that time had changed and would never go back, that some realities were then known, and he made an effort to be conscious of his emotional condition at the moment. Therefore, the creator expressed the impression and aesthetic feelings through decayed grandmother's weaving equipment using an old pair of shoes conveying grandchild's feelings of nostalgia for his grandmother along with feelings of regret that valuable cultural heritage has disappeared.

The creator fervently hopes that by using an old pair of grandmother's shoes in a painting tool, viewers will be able to experience the feelings of a grandchild towards his losing grandmother as well as the sentiment of nostalgia conveyed by the unique painting language of the artist. This piece of art has the potential to take viewers back to their early years and evoke bygone memories.

การสร้างสรรค์ศิลปนิพนธ์หัวข้อ “คึดฮอดมูลมัง” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาผลงานจิตรกรรมร่วมสมัยของผู้สร้างสรรค์เอง โดยผู้สร้างสรรค์ได้ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลมุ่งเน้นไปที่เนื้อหาในเรื่องราวอารมณ์ความรู้สึกคิดถึงยายที่จากไป ผ่านงานจิตรกรรมในรูปแบบเฉพาะตัวโดยได้นำเอารองเท้าเก่าที่ยายเคยใส่นำมาปาดป้ายแทนพู่กันเพื่อให้ผลงานเกิดร่องรอยและอารมณ์เสมือนกับว่ายายได้มาสร้างสรรค์ผลงานร่วมกับหลานโดยผ่านรองเท้าคู่เก่าที่เหลืออยู่ให้เกิดเป็นภาพวัสดุอุปกรณ์การทอผ้าของยายที่เริ่มผุพังไปตามกาลเวลา พร้อมถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวอารมณ์ความรู้สึกเข้าไปในภาพ

ผู้สร้างสรรค์ได้นำเอาประสบการณ์ในสมัยเยาว์วัยที่มีความผูกพันกับยาย ทำให้เกิดความคิดถึงในช่วงเวลาที่อยู่ด้วยกัน โดยเฉพาะเวลาที่เห็นสถานที่เดิมๆหรือวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ยายเคยใช้ ก็ทำให้เกิดความคิดถึงในเรื่องราวในอดีต แต่ด้วยกาลเวลาที่หมุนเปลี่ยนไปไม่เคยย้อนกลับทำให้เข้าใจถึงสัจธรรมบางอย่าง และพยายามรู้ทันกับสภาวะของอารมณ์ในขณะนั้น ผู้สร้างสรรค์จึงได้แสดงออกทางอารมณ์และความรู้สึกทางสุนทรียศาสตร์ ผ่านสัญญะทางรูปร่างรูปทรงของวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวกับการทอผ้าที่เริ่มผุพังในสถานที่และบรรยากาศเก่าๆ โดยได้นำเอารองเท้าเก่าที่หลงเหลืออยู่มาใช้ปาดป้ายเพื่อสร้างสรรค์เป็นผลงานจิตรกรรมแฝงนัยยะทางความรู้สึกของความคิดถึงของหลานที่มีต่อยาย พร้อมทั้งความรู้สึกเสียดายที่มรดกทางวัฒนธรรมอันมีคุณค่าที่เริ่มจะสูญหายไป

ผู้สร้างสรรค์หวังว่า ผู้ที่ได้เข้ามาชมผลงานในชุดนี้ จะได้สัมผัสถึงอารมณ์ความรู้สึกของหลานที่มีต่อยายผ่านผลงานจิตรกรรมที่เกิดจากการปาดป้ายของรองเท้าคู่เก่าของยายที่จากไป และอารมณ์ความรู้สึกแห่งความคิดถึงโดยผ่านสุนทรียรมย์แห่งภาษาจิตรกรรมที่เป็นแบบเฉพาะตัวของผู้สร้างสรรค์ ผลงานชุดนี้อาจจะทำให้ผู้เข้าชมเกิดความรู้สึกย้อนเวลาสู่วัยเด็กและนึกถึงเรื่องราวในอดีตที่จางหายไปก็เป็นได้
