แนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบ

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบ และ 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เป็นศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบ จำนวน 92 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลโรงเรียนละ 4 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน 1 คน รองผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียนหรือหัวหน้างานวิชาการโรงเรียน 1 คน หัวหน้าสายชั้นหรือผู้รับผิดชอบงานปฐมวัย 1 คนและครูผู้สอนปฐมวัย 1 คน รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น 368 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง 2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น และ 3) แบบยืนยันองค์ประกอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบ ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) การสนับสนุนสื่อการจัดประสบการณ์ 2) การบริหารจัดการ 3) การจัดสภาพแวดล้อม 4) กระบวนการจัดประสบการณ์ 5) การให้บริการแก่ผู้เรียน 6) การประเมินผลพัฒนาการเด็ก และ 7) การประสานความร่วมมือกับชุมชน 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบแนวปฏิบัติที่เป็นเลิศในการบริหารจัดการศูนย์เด็กปฐมวัยต้นแบบผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ มีความเห็นเป็นเอกฉันท์ว่ามีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ มีประโยชน์และถูกต้อง The purposes of this research were to identify : 1) the component of best practice in administration of mode early childhood center and 2) the confirmation of the component of best practice in administration of mode early childhood center. The samples of this study were the primary schools under the Office of Basic Education commission which were the model early childhood center. The 4 respondents from each school composed of school director, deputy school director or head of academic affairs, head of early childhood education, and early childhood teacher, a total of 368. The instruments for collecting the data were unstructured interview, opinionnaire and confirmation form. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetics mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The findings of this research were as follows ; 1. The component of best practice in administration of mode early childhood center consisted of 7 components : 1) learning experience media support, 2) management, 3) environment management, 4) learning experience management, 5) student service, 6) child development evaluation and 7) community relations management. 2. The confirmation of the component of best practice in administration of mode early childhood center were appropriate, possible, useful, and accurate.
