การบริหารจัดการความร่วมมือของ บ้าน วัด โรงเรียน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบ 1) องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการความร่วมมือ ของบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน 2) ผลการยืนยันองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการความร่วมมือของบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย โรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน จำนวน 297 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน ผู้แทนองค์กรทางศาสนา และผู้แทนผู้ปกครอง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการความร่วมมือของบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) หลักการสร้างความร่วมมือ 2) การมีส่วนร่วม 3) การจัดการสัมพันธภาพ 4) การเสริมสร้างประโยชน์ร่วมกัน 5) การเสริมสร้างคุณธรรมในองค์กร และ 6) การสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กร 2. องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการความร่วมมือของบ้าน วัด โรงเรียน เป็นองค์ประกอบ ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม เป็นไปได้ มีประโยชน์ และมีความถูกต้อง สอดคล้องกับแนวคิดตามกรอบการวิจัย The purposes of this research were: 1) to identify factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean, 2) to confirm cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean factors. The samples of this study consisted of 297 schools of Roangrean Dee Sritumbon Project Schools; 2553-2555 B.E. under the Office of The Basic Education Commission. The respondents from each school were a school director, religion organizational representative and parents representative, with a total of 297 schools. The research instruments were In-depth interview form and opinionnaires. The statistics for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, exploratory factor analysis and content analysis. The research finding were as follows : 1. The factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean consisted of 6 factors; 1) Cooperation Encouraging Principle 2) Participation 3) Relationship Management 4) Benefit Encouraging Sharing 5) Moral Organizational Encouraging 6) Climate Organizational Creating 2. The factors of cooperation management for Ban Wat Roangrean were appropriate, possible, useful and accuracy with the research conceptual framework.
