การจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะ จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประวัติความเป็นมาและการจัดตั้ง รวมถึงการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน โดยมีการใช้แนวคิดองค์ประกอบในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นเอกชน มาประกอบการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสัมภาษณ์และการสังเกตการณ์ แล้วน าข้อมูลของพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับกรณีศึกษาพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่น ๒ แห่ง ได้แก่ บ้านพิพิธภัณฑ์ กรุงเทพมหานครและพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านจ่าทวี จังหวัดพิษณุโลก เพื่อให้ทราบถึงการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ท้องถิ่นเอกชน และเสนอแนวทางการจัดการที่เหมาะสมกับพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะ การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยมีการสังเกตการณ์ของผู้วิจัย รวมถึงการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มเจ้าของพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะ กลุ่มเจ้าของพิพิธภัณฑ์กรณีศึกษา กลุ่มเจ้าหน้าที่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กลุ่มชาวบ้านในชุมชนตลาดน้ำบางน้อยและกลุ่มผู้เข้าชมพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะจัดแสดงวัตถุที่ถูกงมขึ้นมาได้จากแม่น้ำ แม่กลองและคลองบางน้อย ซึ่งถือได้ว่าวัตถุจัดแสดงเป็นจุดเด่นของพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้ เนื่องจากสิ่งของที่ถูกงมขึ้นมามีความสัมพันธ์กับประวัติศาสตร์ของท้องถิ่นและวิถีชีวิตของชาวบ้านในชุมชนบริเวณนี้ ทั้งนี้ ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ทำให้พบประเด็นปัญหาในการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งนี้ ได้แก่ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านผู้เข้าชม ด้านเนื้อหาและการจัดแสดง ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านการท าทะเบียนวัตถุ และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน หลังจากที่น าประเด็นปัญหาที่พบในพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะมาวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบกับปัญหาและการแก้ไขของบ้านพิพิธภัณฑ์และพิพิธภัณฑ์พื้นบ้านจ่าทวีแล้ว ผู้ศึกษาจึงมีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการจัดการพิพิธภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสมกับพิพิธภัณฑ์ตั้งเซียมฮะ ได้แก่ ๑.ในด้านเนื้อหาและการจัดแสดงควรประสานกับสถาบันการศึกษาที่สนใจค้นคว้าข้อมูลของวัตถุจัดแสดง เพื่อให้ทราบข้อมูลเชิงวิชาการของวัตถุ ๒.ควรเปิดโอกาสให้คนภายนอกเข้ามาช่วยเหลืองานของพิพิธภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบอาสาสมัคร เพื่อช่วยในการจัดการด้านบุคลากรของพิพิธภัณฑ์ ๓.ควรเปิดโอกาสให้ชุมชนเข้ามามี ส่วนร่วมกับพิพิธภัณฑ์ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความยั่งยืนในการพัฒนาพิพิธภัณฑ์ This research aims to study about the history, establishment and management of Tung Seum Ha Museum since it has opened until present time, by using of conceptual framework of local museum management analyzed the data which come from interview and observation. After that the researcher has have comparative analysis the data between Tung Seum Ha Museum and the case study of local museum: House of Museum, Bangkok and Sgt. Maj. Thawee Folk Museum, Phitsanulok to understand the management of local – private museum and has fuond the appropriate way to manage Tung Seum Ha Museum. Here is a qualitative research by observing and interviewing the related groups: Tung Seum Ha Museum’s owners, the case study of local museum’s owners, municipal officers, the people who live in Bangnoi Floating Market community and the museum visitors The result shows that Tung Seum Ha Museum where exhibits many materials which was groped from Mae Klong River and Bang Noi Canal which related to the local history and the folkway. However, the management of this museum has shown some problems such as building, staffs, visitors, content and displays, public relations, the object registrations and the community participation. After analyzed the data of Tung Seum Ha Museum compared with House of Museum and Sgt. Maj. Thawee Folk Museum, the researcher discovered the appropriate management of Tung Seum Ha Museum. The suggestion are 1.The museum should collaborate with educational institute where interesting in doing research. 2.The museum should recruit the volunteers to look after the museum 3.The museum should encourage the community participants to do the sustainable development.
