จิตรกรรมฝาผนัง วิหารวัดโบสถ์มณีศรีบุญเรือง จ.ตาก : การผสมผสานวัฒนธรรมกรุงเทพฯ และล้านนา ในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5

Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้เพื่อต้องการทราบถึงเนื้อหา รูปแบบ เทคนิค และอิทธิพลของศิลปะกรุงเทพฯ และล้านนาที่ปรากฏในภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังที่วิหาร วัดโบสถ์มณีศรีบุญเรือง จังหวัดตาก ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ภาพจิตรกรรมที่วัดโบสถ์มณีศรีบุญเรืองแสดงออกถึงคติที่ได้รับมาจากงานจิตรกรรมแบบไทยประเพณีทางภาคกลาง คือการเขียนเรื่องพุทธประวัติ พระเวสสันดร และพระมาลัย รวมถึงรูปแบบและเทคนิคที่สืบทอดมาจากงานช่วงสมัยรัชกาลที่ 3-4 นอกจากนี้ในภาพจิตรกรรมยังมีการสอดแทรกภาพที่สะท้อนถึงวัฒนธรรมในราชสำนักภาคกลาง เช่น การแต่งกายของข้าราชบริพาร ทหาร และยังสะท้อนภาพวิถีชีวิตชาวบ้านของคน 2 กลุ่มคือ กลุ่มคนไทยแบบภาคกลาง และกลุ่มคนยวนหรือล้านนา โดยเฉพาะการแต่งกายที่แสดงถึงอัตลักษณ์ของคนทั้งสองกลุ่มได้เป็นอย่างดี และยังสอดคล้องกับหลักฐานทางประวัติศาสตร์ในสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 ที่ระบุถึงคนไทยและคนยวนที่อาศัยอยู่ตามลำน้ำปิง อาจกล่าวได้ว่า งานจิตรกรรมฝาผนังที่วิหาร วัดโบสถ์มณีศรีบุญเรืองโดยส่วนใหญ่ได้รับอิทธิพลจากกรุงเทพฯ ประกอบกับในช่วงสมัยรัชกาลที่ 5 เกิดการปฏิรูปบ้านเมือง จึงส่งผลให้งานจิตรกรรมที่วัดแห่งนี้นอกจากจะมีคุณค่าทางศิลปะแล้ว ยังเป็นบันทึกทางประวัติศาสตร์และภาพสะท้อนสังคมในสมัยนั้นอีกด้วย

The purpose of this independent research study is for knowing the content, form, technique and influence of Bangkok art. The Lanna style is appeared in the mural paintings in vihan at Wat Bot Manee Sri bunrueng, Tak province. The Results of the studies found that the painting at Wat Manee Sriboonruang expresses moral precept derived from Thai traditional painting of central Thailand which was written about Buddha's biography, Vessantarajataka and Phra Malai including with the styles and techniques inherited from the reign of King Rama III-IV. Besides that in the paintings also insert images that reflect the culture in central Thailand Royal Court such as the dress of courtiers and soldiers and also reflect the lifestyle of villagers 2 groups which are a group of people in central Thailand and a Yuan or Lanna group especially the dress code that represents the identity of the 2 groups very well and according with the historical evidence during reign of King Rama V specified identifies Thai and Yuan people who live along Ping River. It can be said that the mural paintings in Vihan at Wat Bot Manee Sri bunrueng is mostly influential from Bangkok while during the reign of King Rama V the country was reformed that result the paintings at this temple apart from artistic value, it is still known as historical record and a reflection on those days society, too.
