การบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทราบการบริหารความการเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธา วิทยา 2) เพื่อทราบผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากร โรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี ได้แก่ ฝ่ายบริหารสถานศึกษา ครูและคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา จำนวน 37 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารความเสี่ยงตามคู่มือการบริหารความเสี่ยงของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ สถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ (f) ร้อยละ (%) ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ( ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ใน ระดับมาก 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา เมื่อจำแนกตามสถานภาพ พบว่า 2.1 เพศที่แตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2.2 อายุที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2.3 ระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียน สรวงสุทธาวิทยา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2.4 ตำแหน่งหน้าที่ที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของโรงเรียน สรวงสุทธาวิทยา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 2.5 ประสบการณ์ทำงานที่แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารความเสี่ยงของ โรงเรียนสรวงสุทธาวิทยา ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน The purposes of this research were 1) to identify the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School and 2) to compare the personnel’s opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, classified by personal factors. The population of this research were 37 school personnel including school administrators, teachers, and school board members. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on the risk management according to the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education. The statistics were frequency (f), percentage (%), arithmetic mean ( ), and standard deviation ( ). The research findings were as follows : 1. The risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually, was at a high level. 2. The school personnel’s opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, classified by personal factors, were as follows : 2.1 Different gender had different opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually. 2.2 Different age had different opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually. 2.3 Different education had different opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually. 2.4 Different position had different opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually. 2.5 Different work experience had opinions on the risk management of Suangsutthawittaya School, collectively and individually.
