Risk Management Affecting Learning Organization of Dirt, Stone and Sand Transportation Business by Dumps in Nakhon Pathom Province.

Abstract

This research aim to study the risk management that affects the learning organization of the soil, sand and stone truck transportation business enterprises in Nakhon Pathom Province. The risk management consists of 4 dimensions including strategy, finance, operation and control. This quantitative research was collected by questionnaires from 210 enterprises in Nakhon Pathom province. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze data.

The study found that most respondents were male, owned or partnered entrepreneurs, and aged between 41-50 years old with a bachelor's degree. They were mostly a single owner and operated their business more than 15 years. The strategic risk management and control risk management affected the learning organization without statistical significant at 0.05 level. However, operational risk management had a statistically significant effect on the learning organization in the same direction at 0.05 level. Financial risk management had a statistically significant effect on the learning organization in a reverse direction at the 0.05 level. The dirt, sand and stone truck transportation business can use this study to prevent or reduce risks and create the organization into a learning organization to response the changing internal and external environment. This can lead to compete sustainably.

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ ธุรกิจการขนส่งดิน หิน ทราย ด้วยรถบรรทุก ของผู้ประกอบการในจังหวัดนครปฐม ทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน ประกอบด้วย ด้านกลยุทธ์ ด้านการดำเนินงาน ด้านการเงิน และด้านการควบคุม เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากผู้ประกอบการขนส่ง ดิน หิน ทราย ในจังหวัด นครปฐม จำนวน 210 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบพหุคูณ เพื่อวิเคราะห์การจัดการความเสี่ยงแต่ละด้าน ที่ส่งผลต่อองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้สำหรับธุรกิจการขนส่งด้วยรถบรรทุก ดิน หิน ทราย

ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นผู้ประกอบการ เพศชาย อยู่ในอายุช่วงอายุ 41 - 50 ปี มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นเจ้าของหรือหุ้นส่วน ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเจ้าของคนเดียว และมีระยะเวลาในการดำเนินธุรกิจ 15 ปีขึ้นไป ผลการทดสอบสมมุติฐานพบว่า การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านกลยุทธ์ และด้านการควบคุม ส่งผลต่อองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้แบบไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ แต่การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านการดำเนินงานส่งผลต่อองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้แบบไปในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนการจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินส่งผลต่อองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้แบบทิศทางตรงกันข้ามอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ซึ่งผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขนส่ง รถบรรทุก ดิน หิน ทราย สามารถนำข้อมูลจากผลการวิจัยไปใช้ในการจัดการความเสี่ยงที่ป้องกันหรือลดความเสี่ยงต่างๆ และสามารถขับเคลื่อนองค์การไปสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ได้ ซึ่งจะทำให้องค์กรสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับสภาพสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอกที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปและสามารถแข่งขันได้อย่างยั่งยืน
