ADMINISTRATION TOWARD THE EXCELLENCE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS UNDER FACULTY OF NURSING

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify the administration toward the excellence of early childhood development centers under faculty of nursing which apply EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research). The experts were 1) Policy supervisors, Early Childhood Development Center; 2) Early Childhood Development Center Operations Executive; 3) Practitioners in early childhood development centers; 4) User of Early Childhood Development Center under the Faculty of Nursing, in a total of 21 experts. The instruments for collecting the data composed of 1) Semi-structured interview, 2) opinionnaire. The statistical treatment used mode, median and interquartile range.

The research found that

Administration toward the excellence of early childhood development centers under faculty of nursing in accordance with experts’s opinions were the 7 trends, possibilities, and consensus 66 sub-variables including 1) Organization leadership of 11 sub-variables, 2) Policy and management strategy of 11 sub-variables, 3) User focus of 8 sub-variables, 4) In measurement, analysis and knowledge management of 11 sub-variables, 5) Personnel management of 10 sub-variables, 6) The operating process of 7 sub-variables and 7) the operating results of 11 sub-variables.

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทราบการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตแบบ EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่เลือกแบบเจาะจงประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้บริหารระดับกำกับนโยบายศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย 2) ผู้บริหารระดับปฏิบัติการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย 3) ผู้ปฏิบัติการในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย และ 4) ผู้ใช้บริการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ รวมทั้งสิ้น 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง 2) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ฐานนิยม มัธยฐานและพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

การบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ ตามทัศนะความคิดเห็นของผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ/ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการบริหารสู่ความเป็นเลิศของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย สังกัดคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มีความสอดคล้องกันอย่างเป็นฉันทามติจำนวน 7 ด้าน 66 ตัวแปรย่อย ได้แก่ 1) ด้านผู้นำองค์กร มีจำนวน 11 ตัวแปรย่อย 2) ด้านนโยบายและกลยุทธ์การบริหาร มีจำนวน 8 ตัวแปรย่อย 3) ด้านการมุ่งเน้นผู้ใช้บริการ มีจำนวน 8 ตัวแปรย่อย 4) ด้านการวัดผล การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ มีจำนวน 11 ตัวแปรย่อย 5) ด้านการบริหารบุคลากร มีจำนวน 10 ตัวแปรย่อย 6) ด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติงาน มีจำนวน 7 ตัวแปรย่อย และ7) ด้านผลลัพธ์การดำเนินการ มีจำนวน 11 ตัวแปรย่อย
