การพัฒนาระบบบริการจัดการทรัพยากรการศึกษาภายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา

Abstract

งานวิจัยการพัฒนาระบบบริการจัดการทรัพยากรการศึกษาภายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาระบบยืม-คืนวัสดุของระบบบริการจัดการทรัพยากรการศึกษา 2) เพื่อประเมินระบบระบบยืม-คืนวัสดุของระบบบริการจัดการทรัพยากรการศึกษา ที่ผู้วิจัยได้ปฏิบัติงานอยู่ โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้ CMS ที่เป็นตัวช่วยสร้างเว็บไซต์สำเร็จรูปอย่างโปรแกรม Drupal ที่เป็นซอฟต์แวร์โอเพนซอร์ส ที่มี Module ให้เลือกใช้เหมาะสมกับระบบดังกล่าว โปรแกรม Drupal ทำงานบนพื้นฐานข้อมูล MySQL ซึ่งภายในตัวระบบจะมีองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ระบบบริการจัดยืม-คืนอุปกรณ์ รวมถึงระบบนับสถิติสรุปยอดรวมการใช้บริการในแต่ละเดือน เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลแก่ฝ่ายกองคลังวัสดุของหน่วยงาน ในการเบิกจ่ายอุปกรณ์ที่มีการใช้บริการจัดยืมมากที่สุดหรืออุปกรณ์ที่มีการใช้บริการจัดยืมน้อยที่สุด เพื่อการวางแผนจัดซื้อแก่ผู้ใช้บริการในครั้งต่อไปได้ การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาระบบบริการจัดการทรัพยากรการศึกษา และประเมินความพึงพอใจโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลความต้องการใช้งานและความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บริการ ซึ่งในที่นี้คือ กลุ่มประชากรที่เป็น พนักงานโสตทัศนศึกษา และ ผู้ปฏิบัติงานทางด้านที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา ได้แก่ นักประชาสัมพันธ์ นักวิเทศสัมพันธ์ ซึ่งใช้แบบสอบถาม จำนวน 12 คน เก็บข้อมูลแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D) ผลจากการวิจัยพบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ระดับมาก ( = 4.19) ดังนั้นระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้ตรงความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการและมีประสิทธิภาพได้เป็นอย่างดี

The objective of this research was to develop a Circulation Service in the Audio-Visual Equipment department; researcher has been being worked, by using Content Management System (CMS) such as Drupal to create the website. Drupal is an open-source software and it has many flexible Modules to choose from, for web content management and developing the website. Additionally, Drupal works on MySQL database and the system consisted of Circulation Service management along with statistics system which could record the number of services in each month which is the most or least in used, in order to be information for the Division of Finance to analyze for management procurement plan. This research was a developmental research to develop Circulation Service system and evaluate by using a questionnaire to investigate the needs and the satisfaction from users. A sample group of this study was 12 Audio-Visual Equipment personnel and cooperation personnel in Audio Visual Education section e.g. Public Relations Officer, Foreign Relations Officer, using Purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was divided into three parts; they are 1) Respondents’ general information 2) Respondents’ attitude in using education resources 3) Factors affecting developing education resources management. The findings indicated that a sample group’s satisfaction overall was very good (x̄ = 4.19). Thus, this developed system is effective and can be used according to user needs.
